Job summary

SAIC is seeking a System Engineer for Ft Belvoir, VA. The role supports modernization and integration of the Intelligence Foundation layer, aligning sensors, data and analytics with Army INSCOM requirements to enable Multi-Domain Intelligence.

The position involves requirements development, program management, and collaborating with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end system solutions from concept through field deployment. Travel up to 15–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Intelligence programs.
• Desired experience with Army Intelligence programs.
• Experience with Army Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) platforms or technologies.
• Experience with the Intelligence community.
• Experience with systems engineering, program management, or requirements development.

Responsibilities

• Support modernization and integration of the Intelligence Foundation layer aligning sensors, data, and analytics with INSCOM requirements.
• Assess and estimate gap analysis, requirements, development, test, and deployment of products and systems.
• Collaborate with customers, program leadership, and other engineers to translate objectives into executable development plans.
• Translate customer CONOPS and requirements into actionable development plans for system delivery.
• Oversee system definition and implementation within the Army Intelligence Enterprise Architecture.
