Integrity Technology Consultants is seeking a Senior TechSIGINT Systems Engineer to support the Weapons and Space Modernization Systems Engineering team on a DoD program. You will apply systems engineering principles to ELINT/FISINT modernization and manage interfaces and dependencies across stakeholders.

Candidates must hold TS/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph, a relevant degree and extensive experience in systems engineering with IC exposure; strong collaboration with peer organizations is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline
• Master’s degree or PhD may substitute for two years of experience
• A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable
• Extensive experience with systems engineering processes that support planning, scheduling and managing several simultaneous efforts across technologies, esp. TSMOD, ELINT and FISINT
• Experience with NRO processes

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-focused engineering support to the Weapons and Space Modernization Systems Engineering team.
• Develop and advise on Analysis of Alternatives; track operational and technical interfaces and dependencies.
• Apply systems engineering principles to TechSIGINT development and operational efforts including ELINT Modernization and Foreign Instrumentation Signals Modernization.
• Communicate with program personnel, customers, and senior executives.
