Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems in Arlington, VA seeks a senior Systems Engineer to support the SAF/OCM JTIM program. A Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and 10+ years in DoD systems engineering, including JWICS/SIPRNET, RMF, and architecture definition are required.

Responsibilities include leading task tracking, creating ICDs and SEP, coordinating tests, deploying solutions, and guiding developers and network engineers. Travel is local NCR up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience in DoD programs.
• Experience with systems engineering, integration, testing, and maintenance of information systems (JWICS/SIPRNET).
• Knowledge of RMF and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering, integration, testing, and maintenance of information systems.
• Interact with network engineers to monitor and resolve issues on JWICS & SIPRNET.
• Engage stakeholders including users, development teams, and program management offices.
• Ensure deliverables are tracked using Microsoft Project and/or JIRA.
• Develop ICDs, solution models, and a System Engineering Plan (SEP).
• Coordinate and execute Test Plans for system testing and ensure tool effectiveness.
