Job summary

SAIC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support INSCOM at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will drive rapid development, modernization, and integration of Intelligence and Security Enterprise capabilities for Multi-Domain Intelligence and Cyber in LSCO contexts.

You will coordinate with INSCOM customers and leadership, translate requirements into actionable development plans, and guide system definition to ensure alignment with operational goals and field deployment success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Army Intelligence and Cyberspace programs.
• Experience with Intelligence, Electromagnetic Warfare, and Cyberspace platforms.
• Experience with all-source intelligence, signals intelligence, or geospatial intelligence.
• Knowledge in program systems engineering, management, or requirements development.
• Experience evaluating hardware and software procurements and renewals.
• Familiarity with AI, data architecture, and information security planning.
• Experience with network engineering/operations.
• Ability to work from concept to field deployment with leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses and manage solution development and deployment.
• Collaborate with INSCOM leadership, customers, vendors, and teams.
