Job summary

Belcan LLC is seeking a senior Intelligence Engineer to support SOF and Joint Staff missions. You will integrate intelligence systems, train users, and identify capability gaps while maintaining strong ties with SOCOM environments. Expect 24/7 SCIF access and global travel as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership of Field Support Engineers, quick adaptation to new tech, and delivering succinct intelligence briefings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years communicating intelligence to senior leaders.
• 4+ years analytical experience in HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT or two disciplines.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Office, Analyst Notebook, M3 or similar tools, HOT-R/CHROME.
• Ability to train and support SOF personnel on intelligence systems.
• Experience with deployed military intelligence units and reporting to leaders.
• Experience leading Field Support Engineers and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence analysis support across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT and OSINT.
• Train end users on SOF Programs of Record and mission technologies.
• Develop customized training courses based on unit needs.
• Integrate new capabilities into the host unit's intelligence processes.
• Brief senior leaders and support mission planning.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and units.
• Contribute to software capability sustainment for intelligence missions.
• Coordinate with Combatant Commands and Joint Staff intelligence activities.
