Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems seeks a Systems Engineer to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration for in-house and COTS/GOTS components. Willingness to travel internationally 2-4 times per year is required.

Responsibilities include translating contractual needs into test solutions, establishing specs, guiding test plans, coordinating testing, and delivering system-level evaluation reports. Lead and mentor teams while aligning with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Active US Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required.
• Must hold a valid US Passport.
• Experience in configuring, operating, and troubleshooting Linux/Windows/UNIX/RHEL systems.
• Strong Python or Bash scripting and SOP development experience.
• Lead integration and test activities across hardware/software components.
• Experience gathering requirements and developing test plans and procedures.
• Develop system cyber security requirements and allocate to components.
• Knowledge of System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specs, and Interface Control Documents.
• Lead multiple development tasks and customer engagements.
• Willingness to travel internationally 2–4 times per year.

Responsabilités

• Synthesize contractual needs into test solutions considering schedule and cost.
• Define functional/technical specs and ensure system integration.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports validating performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing on fixes.
• Provide technical leadership from scope to resource allocation.
