Responsibilities

• Leads planning, development, and coordination of operations and projects for current and future infrastructures.
• Participates in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including backup, recovery procedures, and high availability configurations.
• Provides second-level support, leading incident resolution efforts and advising on best practices for deployed systems.
• Creates and maintains standard OS installation images for virtualization templates to support consistent deployment.
• Monitors application performance on servers and optimizes software and hardware allocations for peak efficiency.
• Leads troubleshooting for applications, operating systems, server hardware, network communications, and storage infrastructure.
