Job summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the IBM ELM/Jazz platform in Phoenix, AZ, supporting safety-critical aerospace workflows and a Digital Thread initiative.

Role requires 5+ years in engineering tooling, ARP4754/DO-178C/DO-254 familiarity, and strong IBM ELM mastery. Onsite W2 contract with 9 months duration; pay rate $93–$101 per hour, benefits included. Deliverables include end-to-end traceability and lifecycle integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace Eng, Systems Eng, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in software/systems engineering tooling.
• Proven ability to integrate IBM ELM with major PLM systems.
• Strong ARP4754A/B, DO-178C/DO-254 familiarity.
• IBM ELM mastery; related certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IBM ELM integrations to form a unified Digital Thread.
• Define data federation and synchronization for single source of truth across lifecycle.
• Configure project areas, access rights, and workflow templates.
• Ensure compliance and traceability across lifecycle.
