MANTECH seeks a Lead System Engineer in Laurel, MD, to oversee, modernize, and secure enterprise server infrastructure across on-premises and AWS environments. You will administer Linux and Windows Server, manage AD DNS GP, and implement automation with Salt, Bash, Python, and Ansible.

Responsibilities include maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines, IIS/AD CS/AD FS services, and Apache NiFi data flows, while ensuring IAVA remediation and security baselines across programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with extensive systems administration or cloud engineering experience.
• Active DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Hands-on Linux administration and Windows Server management experience.
• Extensive AWS cloud infrastructure experience, including hybrid environments.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting (Salt, Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Familiar with security baselines, IAVA remediation, and enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, BigFix).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and maintain enterprise server infrastructure across hybrid on-premises and AWS environments.
• Administer Linux (Amazon Linux 2023, RHEL 8/9) and Windows Server (2016/2022) systems, AD/DNS/GP.
• Design and run automation scripts and workflows using Salt, Bash, Python, and Ansible.
• Ensure security compliance via IAVA remediation and vulnerability management.
• Provide senior technical resolution across cross-functional teams and document decisions clearly.
• Support DevOps by managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Windows/IIS/AD CS/AD FS services; manage NiFi data flows.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering clear communications.
