Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible systems engineering or infrastructure operations experience in a mid-sized to large enterprise environment.
• Experience with cloud-based administration including deployment, configuration, and management of cloud resources.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall concepts, load balancing, and on-premises vs. cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Supports production enterprise environments located in various facilities and cloud environments.
• Partners with multiple teams to implement, document, and maintain hardware, software, virtualization, and automation solutions.
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot servers (physical, virtual, and cloud) and backup systems.
• Maintains access management and follows least-privilege and separation-of-duties practices.
• Performs change control, documentation, and audit readiness activities across environments.
