Job summary

Fresh Consulting seeks a highly skilled Systems Engineer / System Lead to oversee system design efforts for client projects and act as the face of Fresh while partnering with the TPM and engineering, design, and strategic delivery teams.

You will guide multi‑disciplinary hardware and software product development, lead cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time delivery and quality. Strong business awareness and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing hardware products with significant individual contributor work.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a system design role for hardware/software products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for client interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for clients and update on project progress.
• Lead system design and architecture for client projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets with the TPM.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical and programmatic issues with the delivery team and client.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Support estimation team with technical and timeline input.
