Job summary

Fresh Consulting in the United States is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer / System Lead to oversee system design for client projects and represent Fresh to clients, working with the TPM and the engineering, design, and strategic delivery teams.

You will drive leadership through influence, coordinate multi-disciplinary hardware and software development, define requirements and performance metrics, and ensure on-time delivery and quality across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in EE, ME, or CE.
• 8+ years hardware product development experience.
• 4+ years leadership in system design for hardware/software products.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for clients and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Coordinate system design and architecture for client projects, ensuring robust and innovative hardware systems.
• Define system requirements, specifications, and performance metrics to be met throughout development.
• Lead cross-functional teams including strategy consultants, hardware engineers, software engineers, and industrial designers.
• Mentor team members and support project estimation with technical and timeline input.
