DCS Corporation in Sterling Heights, MI, seeks a Senior System Engineer to provide hardware and software engineering support for ground vehicle programs. You will apply deep domain expertise to architecture, requirements development, technology planning and program execution across manned and unmanned platforms.
You will collaborate with Army customers and DCS engineers on multi-location teams, lead technical reviews, and guide system design from concept through testing and sustainment,
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15 years of experience or Master's degree in Engineering with 12 years.
- Experience in large-scale software system development for ground combat systems.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

- Apply subject matter expertise in ground vehicle architecture, standards and requirements development, technology planning and management.
- Coordinate with Army and external organizations to support architecture and technology advancement for legacy and new vehicle programs.
- Lead architecture reviews and support development, testing, integration, and sustainment of ground vehicles and subsystems.
