DCS Corporation is seeking an Embedded Project Lead to manage the execution of a technically advanced engineering team within the U.S. Army GVSC program in Warren, MI.

The role involves leading embedded software efforts for Bradley Fighting Vehicle post-production support, including requirements, design, implementation and test activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 12+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Competenze

• Plan, track and manage progress of the Bradley projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and communicate progress.
• Interface between Program Managers and Technical Engineering team.
• Provide leadership in requirements, design, implementation and test activities.
• Understand programming and lifecycle models.
• Familiar with Real-Time Operating Systems such as VxWorks.
• Familiar with CM and Data Management activities and processes.
• Familiar with PDRs, CDRs and TRRs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
