Qualifications

• Eight years of related experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Clearance: Secret.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; Master’s degree with relevant experience or equivalent may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops communications and network solutions to support interoperability across networks.
• Provides Tier II/III systems administration support and network troubleshooting.
• Manages network user accounts and provides end-user device support (Voice, Data, Video).
• Provides Network Infrastructure, Cyber Transport, and Network Core Services support including SIPRNet connectivity.
• Supports ITSM processes (Incident/Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge Management).
• Maintains information assurance through content protection and access management.
