Job summary

RefrigiWear, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to design, build, secure, and maintain the technology foundation of our global operations across North America and Europe.

You will lead integrations between ERP, WMS, EDI, and other systems, manage infrastructure, network and security operations, and guide incident response, disaster recovery, and automation efforts while partnering with IT Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or similar.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between business systems.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming with PowerShell, Python, or SQL.
• Hands-on network administration including routing, switching, and firewalls.
• CISSP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity practices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Odoo, or NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, secure, and maintain the technology foundation for global operations.
• Design, build, and support integrations among ERP, WMS, EDI, e-commerce, HR, and Microsoft 365 systems.
• Administer servers, virtualization, storage, and Azure services.
• Administer routing, switching, wireless, and firewall infrastructure.
• Lead vulnerability remediation, security monitoring, and alert response.
