Job summary

RefrigiWear is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, build, secure, and maintain the technology foundation our global operations depend on. This senior, hands-on role guides infrastructure decisions, leads incident and recovery efforts, and delivers complex integrations and automation across ERP, WMS, EDI, e-commerce, HR, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years in systems engineering or a similar role.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between business systems.
• Scripting or programming proficiency: PowerShell, Python, or SQL.
• Hands-on network administration (routing, switching, firewalls).
• Information security experience; CISSP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure; ERP tools like Odoo or NetSuite a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, communication, and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Design and support integrations across ERP, WMS, EDI, e-commerce, HR, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer servers, virtualization, storage, and Azure services.
• Administer routing, switching, wireless, and firewall infrastructure and resolve complex connectivity issues.
• Implement security controls aligned with standards such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Lead incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security monitoring.
• Maintain backup, replication, and disaster recovery systems and regularly test restores and failovers.
