Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC is seeking aSenior Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to guide multi-disciplinary teams in requirements, solutions engineering, scheduling, and system analysis for NSG/ASG and federal agencies. The role emphasizes cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid deployments and rigorous traceability across architectures.

Candidates should have DoD/IC program experience, MBSE skills, and knowledge of Agile/Safe processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field (Engineering, Physics, Math, OR related).
Senior-level or higher experience in DoD/IC Acquisition, Requirements or large System of Systems environments.
Experience with MBSE, cloud/hybrid infrastructures, and Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
INCOSE CSEP certification desirable; professional engineer licensure a plus.

Responsibilities

Guides senior and junior engineers in requirements, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, and analysis.
Ensures traceability of user requirements and architectures; reviews cloud services, workflows, and scheduling limitations.
Develops solution designs from requirements and new technology; translates mission needs to system requirements.
Supports AoAs, CoAs, trade studies, and engineering assessments for program decisions.
Performs system integration activities and cross-team coordination across major acquisitions.
