Job summary
Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions (ICES) seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to pass an additional polygraph.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM fields.
- Proven MBSE experience with relevant tools/languages.
- Possess a Software Development Framework certification.
- Membership or leadership in ACSM/ASCE/ASPRS/OGC/SAREM/USGIF.
- Senior-level geospatial intelligence experience with related software tools.
- Experience with Big Data, AAA technologies, and Cloud-based solutions (SOA/SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).
- Experience in photogrammetry, remote sensing, GIS, geomatics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of the current NSG enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment of upgrades and new features of SAM Tools and create training deliverables.
- Guide requirements engineering, solutions engineering, and testing across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies.
- Plan and analyze user requirements, architecture traceability, and automation opportunities.
- Advise on changes to solutions designs based on requirements and new tech.
- Translate mission needs into system/capability requirements and solutions.
- Support allocation of requirements to architectures and program execution.
- Coordinate systems integration activities and AoAs/CoAs/Trade Studies.
- Lead in strategic technical planning, project management and risk management.
- Provide guidance on vision, strategy, and process improvements for government clients.
