You will translate field data into engineering requirements, manage end‑to‑end hardware/software bring‑up, and coordinate with DoD and enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, or related technical discipline.
• Deep expertise in open-source flight stacks (PX4, ArduPilot), MAVLink, and ROS2; familiarity with QGroundControl or DroneTag.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware and software integration for UAS platforms, including prototyping of payloads.
• Plan and execute rigorous flight test campaigns; develop and analyze test results and telemetry.
• Act as technical PM to track system requirements and translate field issues into fixes.
• Build data pipelines and analyses for evaluating flight control, C2 integration, and deployment metrics.
