Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with enterprise platforms and production software.
• Administration, extension, or integration of systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar.
• Built software that real users depend on (web services, APIs, data pipelines, or applications).
• Strong in Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript and capable of polyglot work.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise systems through their full lifecycle and drive improvements from assessment through implementation.
• Engineer solutions that create leverage with enterprise systems, integrations, automations, and internal tools.
• Contribute to codebase when necessary, collaborating with Engineering teams to build capabilities.
• Use AI to accelerate work, model AI-influenced workflows, and articulate adoption of AI practices.
• Solve business problems by partnering with leaders to identify bottlenecks and deploy effective fixes.
• Monitor, maintain, and iterate on systems in production to diagnose issues earlier.
