Job summary

Skan AI is seeking a Systems Engineer to own end-to-end deployments in customer environments, whether on-premises or hybrid. You will coordinate readiness, installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance while working closely with customer IT teams, DevOps, and onboarding engineers to ensure stable, high‑performing deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of new customer deployments from planning to go-live; validate infrastructure readiness.
• Build new customer environments with onboarding team; ensure sizing, configuration, and validation.
• Execute patch cycles, upgrades, and maintenance releases with zero unplanned downtime.
• Design and implement architecture solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring dashboards and alerting systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across network, server, OS, and integration layers.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Support HA/DR validation activities for customer-hosted deployments.
• Be the primary technical partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
