Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Engineer in Hawaii to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical IT systems. You will integrate logistics, operational, and mission-support capabilities across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring performance and reliability.

You will coordinate with cybersecurity teams to meet Government security requirements, mentor junior engineers, and drive modernization and lifecycle management across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise IT, software, or infrastructure engineering for DoD/government programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems supporting mission operations.
• Coordinate system integration across hardware, software, networks, and cloud environments.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Support technology modernization and lifecycle management activities.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel to ensure compliance with Government security requirements.
• Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical procedures.
