Job summary

Helion Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer to troubleshoot and manage high-level client issues, serve as the top escalation point, and assist in design/implementation of client projects. You will oversee Windows Server, Exchange/M365, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, VMware/Hyper-V, and cloud security while coordinating with vendors and Account Managers.

The role emphasizes enterprise IT support, AI solution management, and strong collaboration with IT admins at client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex client issues
• Ability to escalate and coordinate resolutions with vendors
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Exchange/365, and cloud services

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client environments and recommending upgrades or third-party services.
• Responding to and resolving issues escalated from Desktop Support.
• Administering, installing and configuring Windows Server.
• Managing Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Managing Microsoft cloud services (Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
• Managing VMware and Hyper-V environments.
• Prompt response to executive client issues.
• Coordinating top-tier issue resolution with vendors (DMS, ISP, proprietary software, PCI).
• Providing updated action plans on ticket resolutions to Account Managers.
• Managing security events from the SOC.
• Performing client migrations for specified technologies or hardware.
• Managing key client relationships and IT admin contacts.
• Managing Enterprise AI solutions for end users and IT admins.
