Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade collaboration devices and Windows/Android environments. You will drive security, reliability, and automation to optimize endpoint performance and user experience, leading projects from conception to delivery.

You will work across cross-functional teams to implement Zero Trust migrations, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards while supporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering focused on Windows and enterprise technologies.
• Extensive understanding of Windows OS (5+ years).
• Extensive understanding of endpoint management solutions (5+ years), including device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Strong documentation skills for technical guides, processes, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud-based directory and identity management services.
• Proficiency with automation scripting (PowerShell) and endpoint monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of device lifecycle management, security best practices, and Zero Trust concepts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain enterprise collaboration devices and Windows-based infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage modern endpoint management solutions, including device provisioning and lifecycle administration.
• Implement automation using scripting and cloud services to streamline configuration, monitoring, and remediation processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Lead projects focused on device lifecycle management, Zero Trust security migration, and Windows security hardening.
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues across Windows and Android endpoints.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows and Android OS, collaboration devices, networking, conditional access, and identity management.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and participate in audits and governance reviews.
