Job summary

Lennar seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for Endpoint Engineering to lead planning, implementation, and support of enterprise endpoint management and VDI across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will optimize Intune, manage AVV/VDI environments, and enforce security baselines while partnering with security and infrastructure teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive automation, and ensure secure, high-performing endpoints at scale for a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for MDM/MAM and device deployment.
• Hands-on experience with VDI platforms (AVD, Citrix, VMware Horizon).
• 3+ years scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of endpoint security tooling (Defender, BitLocker, DLP).

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Intune for device management, enrollment, policies, and app deployment.
• Manage VDI environments (AVD, Citrix, VMware Horizon) for high availability and user experience.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security baselines and compliance policies.
• Oversee patching, software updates, and deployment for endpoint fleets.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and engineering best practices.
