General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Indian Health Service's EHR Modernization program. This fully remote, US-based role focuses on integrating Oracle Health EHR platforms, HL7/X12/FHIR standards, and secure data exchange across partners and agencies.

You will mentor junior engineers and produce technical documentation while working with cyber, implementation, and program teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration across Oracle Health EHR platform and partner systems.
• Design and implement interoperability with HL7, X12, IHE, FHIR, APIs.
• Analyze workflows to architect end-to-end data exchange.
• Configure, test, and maintain interfaces and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot interoperability issues and deliver scalable solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, implementation, and program teams.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and lead integration workstreams.
