Job summary

Sabre Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support PMA-242, focusing on the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile - Extended Range (AARGM-ER) and legacy HARM (AGM-88).

This on-site role requires DoD experience and an active clearance, with travel of 1–2 weeks per quarter. The ideal candidate brings extensive systems engineering expertise, leadership capabilities, and a track record in developing and sustaining complex military weapons systems.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced engineering knowledge in military weapons systems.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher is required.
• US Citizen with DoD-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for ARGM-ER and HARM/AGM-88 programs.
• Lead or assist in system design, testing, and integration of weapons systems.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and change proposals with minimal guidance.
• Apply systems engineering methods to develop and evaluate complex military systems.
• Perform programmatic or technical leadership within the team.
