Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Systems Engineer for the SITEC program at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL. The role supports USSOCOM IT enterprise operations and maintains complex server, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and extensive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure. You will lead a small team, collaborate with vendors and SOCOM, and ensure system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years with HS Diploma; 10 years with AS/AA; 8 years with BS/BA; or 6 years with MS/MA.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IT infrastructure including server, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Mentor a small team of systems administrators for troubleshooting and service optimization.
• Provide high-level support in Directory Services, including DNS, GPO, ADFS, DFS, Domains and Trust, RBAC.
• Collaborate with SOCOM, vendors, and staff on systems implementation and optimization.
