Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a Systems Engineer to document all phases from design to sustainment for FS site deployments. The role demands deep technical breadth across communications technologies, virtualization, and SIGINT IT platforms, with Cisco networking and cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will document engineering designs, support deployments, manage system and network admin across Linux/Windows, and create comprehensive documentation and drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field with 15+ years system engineering experience OR
• Associate's Degree or HS diploma with 19+ years of general system engineering experience OR
• Master’s degree with 13+ years of systems engineering experience OR
• PhD with 11+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of communications technologies, virtualization, systems architecture, and SIGINT IT platforms.
• Proven ability to design, interpret, and modify System and Network Engineering Drawings (Visio, Adobe).
• Extensive system and network administration across Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience in network and data processing system integration, rack-and-stack, cabling, testing, troubleshooting.
• Cisco networking expertise (routers, switches, security protocols) and cloud concepts knowledge.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for cross-functional collaboration; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document all phases of system design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Support deployments and upgrades with deep systems knowledge.
• Create and modify system/network drawings using Visio and Adobe.
• Administer Linux and Windows environments to maintain performance and security.
• Integrate network/data processing systems including hardware configuration and testing.
• Support Cisco routing, switching, and security protocols in deployments.
• Apply cloud concepts to design, modernization, and planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Produce detailed technical documentation, deployment guides, and sustainment materials.
• Prepare professional documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
