Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Direct and Time Sensitive Strike Program (PMA-242). The role focuses on development of ARGM-ER and support for HARM/AGM-88, on-site at PMA-242. Travel 1–2 weeks per quarter.

Must have a DoD clearance and US citizenship. The selected candidate will apply systems engineering methods, perform system integration, configuration management, and rigorous testing across complex weapons systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or a related field, or bachelor's with 4+ years of relevant DoD experience.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering, 3 years DoD-related.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for ARGM-ER and HARM programs.
• Lead or perform complex tasks with minimal guidance.
• Apply systems engineering methods to design and evaluate weapons systems.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and change proposals.
• Oversee system integration, configuration management, QA testing.
• Provide programmatic or technical leadership within the organization.
