Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support the TISC program at Mary Esther, FL, providing technical leadership across design, integration, and sustainment of tactical Windows baselines and EUD ecosystems.

You will collaborate with mission partners, drive lifecycle processes, and ensure secure, compliant operations while engaging with multiple stakeholders and groups to deliver capability roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Active secret security clearance required within five years; TS/SCI eligibility desired.
• 8+ years of DoD IT project experience; equivalent combinations accepted.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Linux, iOS, Android; patching, upgrading, and configuring apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical authority for design, integration, and sustainment of Tactical Windows Baseline; drive SE lifecycles.
• Establish secure device baselines and architect hypervisor environments; sustain hybrid End User Device ecosystem.
• Provide technical systems engineering support, including research and standardized specifications; author documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define system requirements and perform integration testing.
• Develop and maintain system designs, requirements statements, and specifications; mentor teammates.
