Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team and help secure DoD-scale systems. You will leverage advanced systems engineering principles to assess defenses and resilience and to guide critical acquisitions.

In this role you will perform cybersecurity assessments of large-scale DoD systems, lead vulnerability evaluations, verify security requirements, and mentor a technical team while partnering with customers to strengthen mission success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph (CI within 6 years).
• Zero Trust experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity assessments of large-scale DoD systems, leveraging an OCO mindset to perform DCO activities.
• Perform long-term vulnerability assessments using systems engineering principles and documentation.
• Verify and validate security requirements and capabilities in acquisition documents.
• Evaluate contractor proposals for systems resiliency and cybersecurity considerations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor senior engineers, and build a strong, capable team.
• Foster relationships with customers to gather insights and documentation for mission success.
