Job summary
Reflexive Concepts, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on designing, modifying, developing, and testing software as part of a team, and leading the technical design and integration testing of software systems.
The candidate will support system administrators with software installation and participate in testing, reviews, and certification, while documenting software. Strong emphasis on DoD standards and CMMI-DEV practices is required.
Qualifications
- 11+ years of software development and maintenance experience.
- Formal training on SEI CMMI-DEV model or experience applying it.
- Formal training on DoD software testing/documentation standards or related experience.
- Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph is required.
Responsibilities
- Design, modify, develop, and test software individually or as part of a team.
- Lead technical design of software systems and lead integration testing.
- Support system administrators with software installation.
- Participate in testing, test reviews, analysis, witnessing, and certification.
