Job summary

Apogee is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Combatant Command, Command and Control Division (NCC). The role is full-time and located at Offutt, AFB in Nebraska, on-site only.

Qualifications include U.S. Citizenship, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, Security+ certification, and at least 15 years of relevant experience (5 in DoD) with DoD/AF acquisition processes and the DoD System Engineering V‑Model.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical reviews of design and development specifications for software applications and systems.
• Support certification, maintenance, testing, and integration of complex software systems.
• Assist in documenting program plans, requirements, and procedures to support program reviews.
