Job summary

Apogee is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center Combatant Command, C2 Division, at Offutt AFB, NE. The role focuses on agile software development, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment within a government-led team.

Applicants must be a US citizen with TS w/SCI eligibility, Sec+ or IAM II equivalent, and 15+ years of relevant DoD experience. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and analyze documentation including design, requirements and test.
• Evaluate feasibility across requirements, solutions and proposed approaches.
• Document solutions with flowcharts, diagrams and code comments.
• Improve operations via systems analysis and policy/procedure changes.
• Engage in software quality assurance to meet standards.
• Work on an agile team performing design, coding and reviews, plus build/deploy tasks.
