Job summary

BOOST LLC is seeking a skilled Engineer to support the Digital Interoperability MAGTF MANGL family of systems. The role spans systems engineering, hardware/software integration, networking and communications to enable resilient digital interoperability across joint partners.

The position requires a BS in an engineering discipline, 5+ years engineering experience, and onsite work at NAS Patuxent River, Maryland with a Secret clearance. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Math, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in an engineering role.
• Onsite at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD; secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support for MANGL family of systems (hardware, software, and communications integration).
• Support design, development, and sustainment of digital interoperability solutions across avionics and tactical platforms.
• Apply EMC engineering principles to ensure compliance and reliable performance.
• Support IP networking, tactical data links, and radio network integration.
• Assist waveform development, integration, and validation activities.
• Develop technical briefings and lead discussions with MANGL stakeholders and cross-service teams.
• Identify seams and risks in integration and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure requirements are satisfied during development, integration, and test activities.
