Qualifications

• Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle including requirements, design, integration, verification and documentation.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and toolchains.
• Experience with requirements management tools (Jama, Polarion, DOORS).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and testing of implementations.
• Version control experience (Git or similar).
• Aerospace or highly regulated engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, development, and deployment of engineering solutions across the lifecycle.
• Improve requirements management, system architecture, verification, validation, and certification processes.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, toolchain integration, and engineering automation.
