KBR seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer to support the Tactical Aviation & Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office in Huntsville, AL.

The role develops the system capabilities roadmap, system development plan, integration, and validation for the Javelin LWCLU, ensuring accurate performance assessment and lifecycle engineering decisions. Responsibilities include creating technical documentation, supporting test planning, and collaborating with software, mechanical, and electrical teams.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of related technical experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance.
• Experience with system development, integration, and verification.

Aufgaben

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation including system specifications, interface control documents, and design descriptions
• Manage requirements and ensure traceability across the system lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate system requirements
• Analyze system capabilities and collective system of systems integration capabilities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines
• Support system integration activities and verification/validation efforts
• Participate in technical reviews, design reviews, and program milestones
• Support lethality, survivability, and operational effectiveness studies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, test and systems engineering teams to ensure weapon capabilities meet end user requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership, stakeholders, and review boards.
