Job summary

The Boeing Company in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the IFPC-2 program. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure design and test of the IFPC-2 Interceptor, meeting performance, reliability and safety requirements.

This role involves developing system-level requirements and interfaces across the missile system including the interceptor, Engagement Calculator and magazine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field per job statement.
• 9+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience supporting program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Fundamental knowledge of interceptor missile systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Supports proactive technical oversight, risk management and rapid issue resolution.
• Develops requirements, architecture and interfaces for the IFPC-2 Interceptor subsystems.
• Guides design to meet contractual requirements and program objectives.
• Performs system-level analysis and trade studies for the IFPC-2 System.
• Drives system integration and coordination between IPTs and technical staff.
