Based at the Camden Waterfront Campus, the SMES will lead systems engineering across requirements, design reviews, and verification, working with hardware and software teams to deliver mission-critical communications systems for national security.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 6+ years of related experience; 4+ years delivering comms products for US Government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with design, development, and delivery of communication products for US Government customers.

Responsibilities

• Full Systems Engineering Life Cycle experience from concept through SDR, PDR, CDR, SEIT.
• Support architecture and CONOPS development, requirements maintenance, test plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with hardware/software engineers for integration, testing, and verification.
• Possess ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance.
