Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Camden Waterfront Campus, NJ, is seeking a Senior Member of Engineering Staff (SMES) for the C3 programs. You’ll lead systems engineering across requirements and verification, collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure integrated, traceable architectures and successful validation.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering with 6+ years in related work and at least 4 years on US Government comms projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• At least 6 years of related experience.
• 4+ years in design, development and delivery of communication products for US Government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full Systems Engineering lifecycle from concept to CDR and SEIT.
• Develop system architecture and CONOPS; maintain system requirements.
• Create test plans and procedures; verify requirements.
• Coordinate with hardware/software teams for integration and validation.
• Obtain and maintain a US Government Security clearance.
