Credence seeks a senior Systems Engineer to support the Air Dominance Division (AFLCMC/EBA) at Eglin AFB, FL. The role focuses on system safety, armament systems, and lifecycle engineering across requirements analysis, design, testing, and qualification for high-assurance defense programs.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and advanced degrees, with deep DoD acquisition knowledge and battlefield-relevant engineering expertise.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility is required.
PhD/Master/Bachelor with extensive experience in armament systems.
Experience in system safety, acquisition processes, and DoD documentation.

Responsibilities

Define system safety requirements and ensure compliance across program.
Provide engineering resources with armament-domain experience for tasks.
Support design, development, production, operation, and sustainment of air armament systems.
Plan and execute technical reviews, risk analyses, and interface management.
Translate requirements into system-level design and perform trade studies.
