Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Program Engineer at the journeyman level to support the Air Dominance Division, AFLCMC/EBA, at Eglin AFB, FL. The role focuses on systems engineering, DoD acquisition processes, and lifecycle management of armament programs for national defense needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating program portfolios, preparing technical documentation, and providing engineering and technical support across acquisition life cycle, including risk

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
• ABET-accredited master’s degree in a related field (optional with experience).
• Knowledge of weapon systems engineering within the DoD acquisition process.
• Experience across the acquisition life cycle from requirements to sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Review armament program portfolios to evaluate plans and design system tests.
• Provide engineering analysis, technical documentation, and briefings for planning and corrective actions.
• Support risk management activities following AF SEAM processes.
• Translate DoD user requirements into system requirements and manage interfaces and configurations.
• Develop and prepare documentation including system engineering plans and design reviews.
• Conduct make-or-buy analyses and independent readiness assessments for production.
• Support aircraft/store integration and interface control planning across platforms.
