Job summary

2HB Incorporated in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support a government customer with data-flow solutions, requirements elicitation, and end-to-end data transformations. You will work to elicit requirements, refine scope, and deliver roadmaps, coordinating with external customers and mission partners in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus ten years of systems engineering experience.
• High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen years of general systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree plus eight years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD plus eight years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, and document artifacts.
• Provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows.
• Build customer relationships and coordinate with external customers for data needs.
• Contribute to agile development environment and ensure data flow architectures meet mission needs.
