Job summary

Leidos LLC in the United States is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer for the Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will lead system design, analysis, and integration for Navy Key Management projects, collaborating with internal and customer POCs.

Required are 8+ years in systems engineering, DoD Secret clearance, MBSE, and experience with Linux/UNIX, databases, and Agile methods. This role offers a robust benefits package and potential telework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems engineering or related field; degree may be waived with experience.
• Active Secret DoD security clearance; DoD 8570 Security+ required within 90 days.
• MBSE-based system design, risk analysis, and documentation development.
• Experience with databases (MySQL/Oracle/MS SQL) and Linux/UNIX.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Lead system engineering for Navy Key Management projects across hardware and software.
• Define system architecture, requirements decomposition, and CONOPS.
• Manage requirements, verification, and validation for development teams.
• Prepare technical docs, design specs, data sheets, and user guides.
• Engage in customer meetings and technical interchange activities.
