Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking engineers to design, implement, and operate software-based packet processing on a massive global network. You will work on OS-level optimization, data paths, and scalable architectures while delivering features end-to-end.

The role requires leading design and deployment for large-scale infrastructure, with emphasis on Linux/CI/CD and collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency in modern languages including Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop software systems and deliver them to customers, including packet processing engines.
• Leverage knowledge in OS, data path optimization, algorithms, and problem solving to implement features.
• Follow best practices across coding standards, source control, builds, tests, and operations.
