Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Systems Engineer to advance C2 networking, edge compute, and communications for unmanned aerial systems. You will design, develop, test, and integrate complex, resilient networked systems across software and hardware teams, supporting reliability and autonomy in demanding environments.

The role requires 5+ years in network engineering, expert OSPF/BGP, IGMP/PIM, QoS, Linux, and scripting in Python or Matlab.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a network engineer.
Expert knowledge of multicast protocols IGMP/PIM.
Expert knowledge of unicast routing OSPF/BGP.
Experience with end-to-end testing of data flows.
Proficiency in test scripting using Python or Matlab.
Must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Enable UAS C2 capabilities through resilient network design.
Design, develop, and maintain system components to meet requirements.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless software-hardware integration.
Document software engineering processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
