Job summary
Extreme Networks seeks a Systems Engineer to deliver technology and product consulting, perform high-level technical presentations, and support RFI/RFP responses for global customers. You will lead Proof of Concept activities and design solutions that meet customer requirements while collaborating with channel partners and account teams.
You will travel domestically and internationally as required, contributing to customer evaluations and demonstrations, and staying ahead with future trends in
Qualifications
- Excellent presentation skills; fluent in German and English.
- Strong pre-sales engineering track record in networking.
- Solid knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching, IPv4/v6 routing, overlay networks, VPNs.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and cloud-based network management platforms.
- Experience with PoC labs, design criteria, and customer solutions.

- Provide technology and product consulting to account opportunities.
- Support RFI/RFP responses and PoC activities.
- Design solutions meeting customer requirements.
