Job summary

Credence seeks a B-2 Systems Engineer Principal to support the modernization, testing, fielding, and sustainment of B-2 aircraft systems at Tinker AFB, OK. You will lead cross-functional analyses, requirements development, and acquisition planning to ensure interoperability and mission success.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance (read onto SCI) and extensive DoD experience, with ABET-accredited advanced degrees or equivalent years in DoD/DoW.

Qualifications

Top-Secret clearance required with ability to be read onto SCI.
ABET accredited Masters or Doctoral Degree in a related field with 20+ years of experience (12+ in DoW/DoD) or a Bachelor with 25+ years (15+ in DoD/DoW).
Clearance maintenance throughout contract and ability to access classified facilities as required.

Responsibilities

Support development of integration and testing documentation (TEMPs, SEPs, RFPs, SOOs).
Provide technical reviews for SETRs (IBR, SRR, PDR, CDR) and brief findings to program leadership.
Develop action plans to resolve safety, risk, and deficiency reports and brief at review boards.
